After ordering, we mail you an archival-grade preservation kit with step-by-step packing instructions. Your item is fully insured during transit.
What if my item is too large or unusual?

Contact us before ordering. We handle custom commissions of all sizes — we just need to confirm materials and quote accurately.
Will I get my original item back?

For most encapsulations, the original is embedded permanently in the resin. We can often preserve partial quantities so you keep a portion. Discuss this during intake.
How long does the process take?

Keepsake: 4–6 weeks. Heirloom: 3–4 weeks. Legacy: 2–3 weeks. Timelines start from when we receive your item.
Is shipping included?

The return shipping of your finished piece is included. The initial packing kit is also included. Inbound shipping from you to us is your responsibility.
